How to Use and Maintain Crusher?

1. The crusher must run properly before starting to load.
2. Crushing material should be added into the broken cavity evenly, and the side or stack feeding should be avoided to prevent the unilateral standing overload.
3. Under normal circumstances, the rise of temperature of the bearing is not more than 35℃, and the highest temperature is not more than 70℃, if that, the machine must be stopped in time and find out the reason with eliminating.
4. Before downtime, you should stop charging work first,until the material broken in the crushing chamber discharges completely, the motor can be shut down.
5. When breaking, if the machine doesn’t work that caused by the material blocking in the crushing cavity, the motor must be turned off immediately and the material must be eliminated before starting again.
6. If the head of toothed plate is worn, it can be adjustable to use.
