Flotation Separation Line
Production Flow of Flotation Line:
1. Ore is crushed by jaw crusher to a reasonable degree of fineness, then is sent into ball mill via elevator, feeder for crushing, grinding.
2. Ore fines is classified in spiral classifier. The spiral classifier classify ore mixture according to the different granules (with various sizes and weight) sink at different speeds in liquids.
3. The mixture is separated in magnetic separator according different magnetic rigidities. The machine works by using magnetic force and the machine force.
4. After initial gross separation in magnetic separator, mineral particles was sent into flotation machine. Chemicals needed will be added to separate mineral and other substances. The mineral with a lot moisture will be sent in to concentrate plant for concentrate, then can be gained after dewatering and drying.
