1. Flotation + flotation concentrate cyanide leaching. This is the most commonly used method for processing gold bearing quartz and Pyrite quartz. Using xanthate as collector, pine oil alcohol as foaming agent, the gold flotation machine works in the weak alkaline pulp to get gold concentrate. Then get the flotation concentrate for cyanide leaching, the gold is dissolved by cyanide, complex compound enter into solution, get gold mud with the replacement of zinc powder, finally smelting the gold mud to get pure gold.
2. Flotation + flotation concentrate thiourea leaching. For the high arsenic/sulfide/carbonaceous content gold gangue, you can use flotation process to get gold bearing sulfide concentrates, and then recover the gold from the concentrate with the method of thiourea leaching. The thiourea leaching not only has the advantages of fast leaching speed, low toxicity, simple process, etc. but also has the features of high leaching rate and lesss consumption when it deal with the arsenic, sulfur, high or high carbon, argillaceous gold concentrate.
3. Amalgamated + flotation. This method is suitable for the processing of uneven thickness disseminated gangue gold ore. Recovery of coarse grain gold with amalgam treatment in the grinding circuit, then recycling fine grained gold by flotation method.
4. Load streaming flotation + tailings cyaniding. Load streaming flotation has the following advantages: high concentrate grade and recovery; Carrier minerals dosage reduced by half, reduces the reagent dosage; To reduce the content of soluble secondary copper mine, tailings cyaniding process in the flotation machine is improved.
5. Flotation + concentrate roasting + slag roasting cyanide. For the high arsenic sulfide/flotation content concentrate which can not directly be processed by cyanide leaching, it can be processed by oxidizing roasting, removal of arsenic and sulfur. After roasting, the structure is loose, which is more advantageous to the leaching of gold and silver.
