Separation of flurite ore is actually the separation of fluorite and quartz, separation of fluorite and barite and calcite, separation of fluorite and barite, separation of fluorite with sulfide ore. We can use different flotation beneficiation machine according to different situations:
• For fluorite ore containing sulfide minerals, firstly we can use xanthate collector to make flotation of sulphide ore, and then add fatty acids chemical for the flotation of fluorite. You can also add a small amount of sulfide ore inhibitors to improve fluorite concentrate grade.
• For the separation of fluorite and barite, calcite, usually using oleic acid as collector for flotation of fluorite. You can also add a small amount of aluminum for fluorite activation during the use of flotation machine.
• For the separation of fluorite and quartz, you can choose fatty as a flotation collector for fluorite flotation, and quartz silicate can be used as inhibitors, but you need to control the amount of sodium silicate, less can realize activation of fluorite, but not good for the inhibition of quartz, while too much also inhibit the fluorite. So the amount of sodium silicate must be controlled.
• For the separation of fluorite and barite, the commonly used method is the bulk flotation of fluorite and barite.
