Notice for Double Roll Crusher

Xinguang double roll crusher is a roll type crushing machine with simple structure, less over crushing happens and the tooth shape, size, are arranged on roller can change along with the materials. Xinguang roll crusher can be employed to crush hard and soft ore for coarse and fine crushing.

Notice for double roll crusher:
 
1.Iron removing equipment should be fixed in front of the double-smooth roll crusher to prevent non-crushing materials from dropping into the rollers and destroying the crusher.2.The surface of the rollers will be abraded after being used for a long period, so the regular examination and maintenance are necessary. 
 
Adjustment of discharging granularity:
1. There is wedge or gasket adjustment device between two rollers of double-smooth roll crusher. 
2. The adjusting screw bolts are fixed on the head of wedge head.
3. When the adjusting screw bolts pull the wedge upwards, the wedge makes the roller be apart from fixed pulley.
4. The gap between the two rollers becomes bigger and then the discharging granularity becomes bigger.
5. When the wedge goes downwards, the gap of the two wedges becomes smaller and then the discharging granularity becomes smaller.
6. Gasket device adjusts the granularity by decreasing and increasing the gasket numbers or thickness. When the gasket number increases, the gap of two rollers and granularity become bigger, on the other hand, the gap and granularity become smaller.

Xinguang double roll crusher can be used to process pyrite ore (diameter: 20~30mm) after crushing by jaw crusher in sulfuric acid factory, and the roll crusher is able to break the ore under 5mm in diameter, to meet the requirement of the fluidized bed. It is used for the coarse and secondary crushing of high strength and hardness materials in cement, chemistry, mining, building material, refractory and coal mine industry.
