Production Process of Stone Production Line
Stone production line is also known as sand production line or stone crushing production line. Stone production line includes all equipments used to the production of construction sand and stone.
The main equipments of stone production line include feeder, jaw crusher, PCL straight impact crusher, heavy shaker and efficient sand washing machine. Being connected by belt conveyors, all the equipments form a complete stone production line.
The production process of stone production line is below:
1 Big material is fed to the jaw crusher evenly and gradually by vibrating feeder through a hopper for primary crushing.
2 the material will be transferred to impact crusher by belt conveyor for secondary crush;
3 the crushed materials will then transferred to vibrating screen for separating.
4. The parts that can meet standard will be transferred away as final products, while the other parts will be returned to impact crusher, thus forming a closed circuit. Size of final products can be combined and graded according to customer’s specific requirement. The fine crushed materials get into vibrating screen to be divided into three types: carpolite, stone, and block; then the bigger ones go back to impact crusher again.
The production line is characterized by high automation degree, low cost, big crushing rate, energy saving, large output, less pollution, and easy maintenance, etc. Sands/stone made by stone production line has uniform particle size and high compressive strength meeting the high requirement of building sand.
