Special Structure Improves the Double Roll Crusher Mechanical Property

Double roll crusher is a roll type crushing machine with simple structure, less over crushing happens and the the tooth shape, size, are arranged on roller can change along with the materials. Xinguang roll crusher can be employed to crush hard and soft ore for coarse and fine crushing. It can be used to process pyrite ore (diameter: 20~30mm) after crushing by jaw crusher in sulfuric acid factory, and the roll crusher is able to break the ore under 5mm in diameter, to meet the requirement of the fluidized bed.
 
Double roll crusher is consist of many parts such as motor, triangle belt, reducer, universal spindle coupling, the fixed roller part, the swing roller part, hydraulic adjustment device, frame body, protective cover and driving part.
 
The motor drives the fixed roller and the swing roller turning relatively through belt pulley, triangle belt and reducer, which can produce a crushing chamber. The frame can support the both rollers. The raw material comes into the chamber and grinds by two rollers, discharged from under of the frame.
 
The roller is centrifugal casted with ZG270-500, welded with 5-8 mm hard alloy welding rod after finish machining on the surface of roller. All of these will improve the hardness and mechanical property.
