Fixed part
1Rack: Rack is the rigid frame of walls opening up and down, used for support eccentric shaft and withstand the reaction of the crushing materials. It is required to have sufficient strength and stiffness, usually casted with the steel wholly. Rack of the mainframe is need to be casted by segment, and then firmly linked by bolt into a whole, which is a complex casting process.
2,Side shield: the side guard plate is located between the fixed tooth plate and active tooth plate, casted by the high-quality high-manganese steel, and mainly protect the rack wall.
3,Flywheel: Flywheel is mainly used to store energy in the air travel when the jaw is moving, and then used for industrial formation, so that the mechanical work is in lime with the uniform trend. Flywheel is often casted by iron or steel, and minicomputer is often made in integral type. When install the flywheel, you should pay attention to the static equilibrium.

1, Adjusting apparatus:It has a wedge-type, plate type and hydraulic type, etc. You can select the adjusting apparatus which is suitable for the job according to the operating conditions.
2, Lubricating device: The eccentric shaft is usually adopted centralized and cycled lubrication. The support surface of spindle and thrust is generally oiled with the grease gun by grease gun. Lubrication system is conductive for jaw crusher to regularly add oil to prevent component wear.
