Xinguang stone vertical combination crusher is made up of frame, transmission device, hollow eccentric shaft, bowl-shaped bearing, crushing cone, springs and hydraulic pressure station. When cone crusher works, the motor drives the eccentric shaft shell to turn around through a horizontal axle and a pair of bevel gears. The shaft of crushing cone swings with the force of eccentric shaft shell. While swaying, the crushing wall’s surface will approach and separate with the roll mortar wall again and again. Therefore, the stones will be crushed by constantly being squeezed and bent in the broken cavity.
Xinguang stone vertical combination crusher is widely applied in metallurgy, construction, road building, chemical and phosphatic industry. It is suitable for hard and mid-hard rocks and ores, such as iron ores, copper ores, limestone, quartz, granite, grit stone, etc. Cavity type of the crushing is decided by the application of the ores. Standard type is applicable to medium crushing, middle type is applicable to fine crushing and short-head type is applicable to super fine crushing. It is also applicable for crushing blast furnace residue, coal stone, piece coal, and many other ores of medium hardness.
