Brief Introduction of Xinguang Flotation Workshop
The flotation workshop of Zhengzhou Xinguang Mining Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was put in production in 1995. This flotation workshop has 5 six-slots фM-2.5 flotation machine.The difficulty of handling a flotation equipment can be deepened with many important disadvantages appeared. These are disadvantages of flotation process design.According to the design regulation, coal slurry flow into the flotation machine directly via blender and constant pressure funnel, and the foam enter vacuum filter via foam breaker.
In order to better adjust the flotation process, we have added two more of blending slot to ensure supply 2-3 flotation machine in the process, which can guarantee normal preparations of coal slurry in flotation process. Due to coal slurry has been prepared in blending slot in advance, all the machine slot can be used as floatation cell, so that the quantity of scraped clean coal will be increased by 20%. Only one foam breaker have been used and the other four remain unused.In order to avoid the stoppage of flotation machine caused by overheat of the motor, we have changed 6 kw of motor to 8 kw, and it can adjust the normal process system of floatation.
In this period, we have found the most appropriate dosing system: 50% of drugs should be put into the blending slot, 25% should be put into the first floatation cell and the other 25% should be put into the second one.We have carried out research work on, sulfonated kerosene and contact agent etc under production conditions.
