When you maintain the crusher, you should pay more attention to the lining board of crusher. Changing the lining board of crusher is an important thing, it is also a key step.

A. The first step is to turn off the power, it is better to turn off the main switch. When you maintain the machine, you should hang a warning sign" maintaining machine " on some place.
B. Second you should first relief the lubricant pump pressure, then clean out the waste stone from the conveyor belt.  You need to take down the mask of feed opening, the cauldron, cover board, tip cone dust cover and other parts. You should find the person to operate the crane during the process of lifting. The operator have to strictly observe the operation specification of lifting.
C. If the old lining board is not taken off by the people, you can use the gas welding to cut the old lining board. You should clean out the inside surface of machine rack. The bake of lining board should be fill in a lot of concrete that is mixed by the cement and sand(size 500-600) weight (1:3).
